Uta Mischke has been working as a lawyer exclusively in insolvency law since 2002. She has extensive experience in the realization of insolvency-specific claims.
One of her main areas of practice is the examination and enforcement of challenge claims pursuant to the Insolvency Code (InsO). She can look back on numerous nationwide legal challenges and has won a number of landmark court decisions.
