Hamburg, 28 March 2023: For the 6th time, BRRS Rechtsanwälte is organising a high-calibre digital workshop. The speaker will once again be Prof Dr Christoph Thole, with BRRS partner Joachim Büttner acting as moderator.
Prof Thole will focus on incongruence as the starting point for successful challenges of intent. He will also address the situation with offsetting based on the decision of the BGH of 8 December 2022 (IX ZR 175/21). In addition, the condoning of future lack of payment options in the case of congruent cover will also be discussed (see BGH of 6 May 2021, IX ZR 72/20).
