The Association of Corporate Restructuring in the Federal Association of German Management Consultants (BDU) has reconstituted its advisory board in order to further strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation in reorganization and restructuring consulting.
BRRS partner Jutta Rüdlin is one of the newly appointed members of the advisory board.
The advisory board recently constituted itself at the BDU office in Bonn and intensively discussed the further development of the principles of proper corporate restructuring (GoU). The revised principles will be presented on March 7, 2025 at the specialist conference on restructuring at Petersberg.
The Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberatungen (BDU) e. V. is the leading association of management consultancies in Germany. It is committed to quality assurance and the further development of the industry and offers a platform for professional exchange and the development of practical standards.
With the expansion of the advisory board, the Fachverband Unternehmensrestrukturierung is pursuing the goal of further intensifying the exchange between different disciplines and establishing best practices in reorganization and restructuring consulting. “Each profession brings its own perspective to the table. The close cooperation between the experts not only strengthens the companies, but also the entire German economy,” emphasizes Burkhard Jung, Chairman of the Association.
