Hamburg, 8 July 2024 – BRRS partner Joachim Büttner will be taking part in the conference to mark the 25th anniversary of the German Insolvency Code – and thus also of insolvency avoidance law – at the Ruhr University in Bochum on 12 July 2024.

Joachim Büttner is a partner at BRRS Rechtsanwälte and co-author of the Hamburg Commentary on Insolvency Law. In the current 10th edition 2024, Büttner also comments on Sections 63-65 InsO, Sections 1-3 InsVV, Sections 9-20 InsVV and is also responsible for the appendix to Section 5 InsO on “Obtaining information from the tax authorities in insolvency proceedings.”
