DIE ZEIT with Jutta Rüdlin: ‘How do you fight your way out of insolvency?

Hamburg, 10 June 2024: The weekly newspaper DIE ZEIT has recently taken a look at the development of insolvency proceedings in Germany.

Using the example of the insolvency of the opinion research institute Civey, it shows what options are available to companies in crisis today.

DIE ZEIT drew on the expertise of BRRS partner Jutta Rüdlin. The insolvency administrator, who is also a member of the board of the German Association of Insolvency Administrators and Trustees, answered questions at length.
