BRRS partners Dr. Stephan Schlegel and Ulrich Rosenkranz successfully defend million-euro lawsuit

Hamburg, February 15, 2022: BRRS partners Ulrich Rosenkranz and Dr. Stephan Schlegel are representing the management board of a public limited company operating throughout Europe, whose assets were declared insolvent 1 ½ years after it left the company.

After the insolvency administrator tried in vain to enforce claims against him, an action brought by investors before the Hamburg Regional Court has now been successfully defended.
